1. Adobe MAX 2021 Free for Everyone, Registration Now Open

● Adobe MAX 2021 is set to take place from Tuesday, October 26 to Thursday, October 28, and it will be a free event for all who want to attend. Registration for Adobe MAX is open as of today, and those interested in signing up can do so on the Adobe website.

2. Apple Releases iCloud 12.5 for Windows With iCloud Keychain Password Manager App

● Apple today released a new version of its iCloud for Windows app, with the 12.5 updates adding a new ‌iCloud‌ Keychain password manager app for Windows users.

3. iOS 15 lets you turn off iPhone camera’s Night Mode feature (and keep it off)

● Apple introduced a major photography upgrade to iOS in 2019 with Night Mode on the iPhone 11. Extremely low light shots that would otherwise be lost to the limits of small camera sensors instantly became shareable.

● Facebook has announced that it is rolling out support for end-to-end encrypted video calls and audio calls to Facebook Messenger. The company is also planning changes for Instagram direct messages and will begin rolling out those features soon.

13. Apple-backed ‘Matter’ smart home standard delayed to 2022

● Back in 2019, Apple announced that it was teaming up with Samsung, Amazon, Google, and the Zigbee Alliance to create a more open and secure standard for smart home accessories. Then referred to as “Connected Home over IP” and eventually rebranded to “Matter,” the launch has now been delayed until 2022.
